A residency is a great way to turn your current education or degree into a rewarding career with MultiCare. For graduate students, we offer Physicians & APP Residencies through our Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs. We also offer a long-standing Pharmacy Residency (opens in a new window/tab), and a nationally recognized RN Residency for undergraduates in addition to graduates.
The MultiCare Administrative Fellowship Program is a highly visible 12-month, preceptor-directed learning experience focused on developing emerging leaders for our organization. The program provides hospital management and administrative experience with mentorship from our senior executive team.

As a not-for-profit health care system, we invest in our people, not profits. One way we show this is through our employee tuition reimbursement program. While working at MultiCare, if you are enrolled in an accredited college, university or technical/vocational school and pursuing a degree or approved specialty certificate, you can qualify for up to $3,000 per calendar year, subject to eligibility and availability of funds.
One of the ways we invest in our Registered Nurses is through our RN Loan Repayment program. MultiCare will make loan payments of up to $4,000 per year for eligible RNs who participate in this program. These payments will be made for up to 5 years. The first payment is made one year after you are approved for the program.
