Discover a Rewarding Career in Health Care.

If you're looking for a career where you can truly make a difference, health care will be a great choice. Careers in health care range from direct patient care roles like Nursing to support functions like Finance, Human Resources and Information Services.

We have several programs that can help you get into a great school or land your dream job after graduation.

Nurse Camp

Are you a current high school sophomore, junior or senior in the Puget Sound area wondering what it would be like to be a nurse or allied health professional? MultiCare Nurse Camp is a unique opportunity to explore these exciting careers — and thanks to gracious donations from a variety of community organizations and businesses, including MultiCare, Nurse Camp is FREE! Our goal is to encourage, inspire, and support students who are considering nursing or allied health professions, such as pharmacy, radiology, or physical therapy.

Junior Cope Health Scholars

Offered at Deaconess Hospital and Valley Hospital in Spokane, the Junior COPE Health Scholars program provides a great way for high school students ages 16-18 to explore whether a health care career is right for them. Students observe how patient care and administrative teams work together to deliver excellent patient care.
