Position Summary:
CareConnect is MultiCare’s Software as a Service (SaaS) offering of the Epic Electronic Health Record to Community clinics and hospitals in the PNW. CareConnect is an important strategic program that works to fulfill MultiCare’s mission of “Partnering for healing and a healthy future.” The CareConnect Account Manager I is responsible for relationship management and direct customer support of standard CareConnect customers (clinic level).

*Overseeing the resolution of customer issues and problems with Epic EHR, Network, Desktop, and 3rd party applications. You may not have the answer, but will take initiative and tenaciously work with internal teams to see tickets closed in timely manner.

*Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships and with current and potential accounts to ensure the ideal customer experience is achieved for every client.

*Facilitation of the optimal use of the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

*Contributes to the success of a new client by working with the implementation team and supporting go-lives, as needed.

*Stays up-to-date on EHR and associated system upgrades in support of clients.

*Provides feedback to leadership on client’s experiences and escalates as required.

*Keeps CRM up to date with visit notes and important client information.

*Adheres to MHS Attendance and Punctuality Policy and Procedure standards, and maintains reliable attendance.

*Contributes to the success of the organization by meeting organizational competency expectations and core values (respect, integrity, stewardship, excellence, collaboration and kindness), continuously learning, and by performing other duties as needed or assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience in a health care customer service or support area. Project coordination experience or project management understanding preferred.
Prior experience in a healthcare or healthcare IT setting, with Epic/EHR experience required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
Current Washington State Driver’s License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state.
