Position Summary: To provide administrative assistance in the daily operations of the Quality and Regulatory Compliance Department including, but not limited to, fiscal, data management, patient complaint and customer service, policy and procedure process along with their update maintenance on the Intranet. Must have excellent computer skills and administrativeskills in clerical and meeting management. Must provide excellent customer service/communication to staff, patients, MDs etc. Position also provides maintaining MD quality files.
Minimum Requirements: Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office computer software required. Experience in data management helpful. Basic knowledge of quality and hospital operations required. Excellent customer service/communication skills required. Acute attention to detail and accuracy required. Self-directed, motivated, versatile individual required.
Education/Licenses/Certifications: AS degree or college-level courses in business-related field preferred.
