Position Summary:Plans, organizes and directs Valley Hospital efforts to monitor and ensure patient satisfaction with the services provided. Identifies and resolves patient and family member concerns and problems regarding services and staff. Represents Valley Hospital to patients, families and visitors. Maintains cooperative working relationships with other departments in order to respond quickly to patient complaints.
Minimum Requirements:Minimum one year acute care experience as a Registered Nurse.
Education/Licenses/Certifications:Registered Nursing License, State of Washington; Current AHA BLS certification or obtained during the first week of orientation
