Position Summary:
The Campus Administrator for Allenmore Hospital is accountable for planning and directing clinical, financial, and operational activities that ensure high quality and cost effective care delivery services and programs are in place, and continually maintained through all new construction phases.  The Administrator is accountable for matters related to Department of Health licensing, functional programming and requirements of Construction Review Services, corporate integrity, and regulatory compliance/accreditation by all accrediting bodies, resource allocation, fiscal management, gross revenue, and expenses. The Administrator is accountable for the provision of quality health services, interpreting and developing patient care standards, and ensuring staff training and levels are aligned with the size of complexity of the organization.

Minimum Requirements:
Ten (10) years of experience in a professional, technical, or operations related position within a health care environment
Five (5) years of leadership and demonstrated skills in progressive management roles
Strong preference for candidates with a finance and construction background

Master’s degree in related field
