Position Summary:
The Cardiovascular Tech assumes responsibility for maintaining sterile technique and preparing for and assisting with CCL procedures.  The  performs the duties of Monitor and Scrub as specified in the CCL policy/procedure manual and is responsible for instrumentation, supplies and equipment.  This person provides a safe environment for the patient.

Minimum Requirements:
Standby status for acute CCL patients with thirty-minute callback time required.
Recent (within six months) experience in CCL required.
Able to perform Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Physically able to stand and/or walk for approximately 80% of the shift.
Physically able to support a minimum patient weight of 150 pounds and a minimum supply weight of 40 pounds.

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Graduate from a Cardiovascular or Radiological Technology program (RCIS, (R)CVT, RT(R)(CV)).
Current ACLS provider or achievement within six months of hire required.
American Heart Assn CPR Card is required
