MultiCare also supports leaders with Studer coaches and a strong Leadership Development team.
The scope of this role includes oversight of our 9 birthing suites, 2 ORs, 24 MBU beds and an 11 bed Level II NICU. We currently average 200 births per month. We are seeking to increase these numbers through the addition of Certified Nurse Midwives to our current OB/GYN and Laborist providers. We are also extending the scope of our Special Care Nursery to include care of 32-week preemies. When a higher level of care is required, MultiCare’s Level III-IV NICU is less than 30 minutes away.
8 years clinical experience and mastery of professional or technical role/function.
5 years progressive experience in managerial or supervisory capacity.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in related field. Master's degree strongly preferred.
OB specialty certification strongly preferred.
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
