Position Summary:  Seeking an experienced Director to lead the Medical and Surgical Division of Good Samaritan Hospital on its quest for Clinical Excellence.

Minimum Requirements:
8 years clinical experience and mastery of professional or technical role/function.
5 years progressive experience in managerial or supervisory capacity.

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in related field.  Master's degree preferred.
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.

This Director will provide leadership and strategic direction for the Med/Surg departments of Good Samaritan Hospital. This encompasses 200 reports and 2-3 manager level reports for the Palliative Care, Medical Oncology and Surgical floors.
