Position Summary:
The Cook is responsible for providing restaurant-style dining in a healthcare setting, supporting our commitment to use whole, fresh, local, and sustainable products wherever economically possible. The incumbent provides outstanding customer service, orders supplies, prepares food items, ensures proper food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintains cooler and freeze stock. Incumbents work in a fast paced, team oriented, high volume, and customer service focused environment.

Minimum Requirements:
Three (3) years cooking experience in casual to fine dining, hotels or healthcare line cook
Any combination of education and experience which demonstrates required knowledge and abilities

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
High School graduate or GED
Current State of Washington Food Handler's card
Serve-Safe Certified preferred
