Position Summary:
The Corporate Compliance Program Specialist (CCP Specialist) is responsible for assisting with implementation and maintenance of MultiCare Health System’s compliance program, policies and procedures. The CCP Specialist conducts investigations, documents findings, prepares reports and corrective action plans, makes presentations, implements and educates staff on compliance concepts and regulatory updates and supports the business units in their effort to enforce and monitor compliance throughout MultiCare.  The CCP Specialist serves as a role model for ethical behavior and promotes awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the MultiCare mission, vision and values, as well as those required by federal and state law.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of four years of professional experience in healthcare

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Graduate degree in business, finance, health care management or related field or advanced certification desirable
CHC (Certified in HealthCare Compliance) preferred.
