Position Summary:
Directs and manages all aspects of Laboratory, Imaging, Pharmacy, and Nutrition Services operations and business development with primary responsibility for quality, service, people and profitability of Business Unit. Responsible for contributing to the enhancement of the organizational culture/environment, transmitting core values, developing and implementing standards and programs, as well as achieving the organizational operating and financial goals.  Provides leadership in the delivery of Ancillary Services at Business Unit and serve as an influential catalyst in the growth and success of the entire East Region. This position partners with the Business Unit’s executive leadership team, and contracted medical groups including Radiologists, Critical Care, Pathologists and community physicians in order to provide administrative and clinical direction for assigned ancillary services.

Minimum Requirements:
Five (5) years in progressive management experience, including specific experience in Ancillary Service administration
Eight (8) years of experience and mastery of relevant professional/technical roles/function

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration preferred
