The ERC Associate provides first point of contact for employees, and ensures employees receive the highest quality of service by recognizing individual needs, and by putting them first in the transactions. Accesses various media to respond to employee concerns, including telephony, hard copy, email and questions via AskHP system. Checks hard copy records for completeness and accuracy, scans and enters into HRIS. Triages requests and tracks all activity in case management system, routes and/or escalates issues appropriately. Work situations are varied and require an exceptional service-oriented individual, who has solid organization skills and high attention to detail. Relates well to all kinds of people.
Four (4) years service center support experience, or three (3) years experience in a Human Resources department
Experience with computer software applications and/or high volume call center
Health care environment experience preferred
Vocational business training or college course work or equivalent experience; AA degree preferred
Monday - Friday 7:30a - 4:00p or 8:00a - 4:30p
