Our dynamic Multicare Inpatient Specialist (MIS) Department is seeking to fill 3 newly created Day Admitter positions at Tacoma General and Allenmore Hospitals. The position is a full-time, seven on/seven off schedule, working from 7am-7pm. Every 12 weeks includes a 3 week vacation. The team has 4 physicians available to handle the swing shift admissions. The role will coordinate with our ED staff and outlying transfer facilities to admit new patients as well as supervise scheduled treadmill tests (onsite training is available).

• Open to experienced and new resident graduates with hospitalist specific track or training preferred.
• Board certified/eligible at time of employment
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS and ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
