Provide support for a variety of technical and administrative projects and tasks in Human Resources. Ability to effectively conduct needs assessments and other surveys, design and develop training and development courses, and establish training goals and objectives. Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize workload, work effectively and positively with others as a member of a team, and exercise sound judgment. Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
A minimum of 3 years of office or administrative background/experience.
Previous experience in a Human Resources environment preferred.
Excellent PC proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, including demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.
Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
