Position Summary:
Responsible for the management of Clinic-wide Meaningful Use (MU) initiative, including  planning, analysis, and implementation.   Act as liaison between clinical providers and staff, information systems, and quality improvement to provide general consulting, reporting, analytical, process improvement and problem solving services.

Minimum Requirements:
Demonstrated experience with project management, process improvement, quality management, and anayltical skills.  Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, draw valid conclusions and quickly translate into actionable items.           
Ability to evaluate business standards/processes to assess effectiveness in producing a desired result demonstrating sound judgment and the ability to identify and implement systemic improvements.         
Exceptional interpersonal and change agent skills with a demonstrated capacity to motivate and work alongside people at all levels of the organization          
Excellent written and verbal communication  and organizational skills, including demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills.            
"Proficient use of application software, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation, and e-mail, preferably Microsoft Office

"Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize workload, work effectively and positively with others as a member of a team, and exercise sound judgment.  Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly analyze presenting issues.       
"         
Experience with  Centricity, Athena, Meridios, and/or SA Ignite, preferred.         

Education/Licenses/Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in clinical field (informatics, health care) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
