Position Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for performing all aspects of front office duties assigned at each Med-Spa Location, to include scheduling and confirming appointments, greeting, registration, charge entry, checking and cashing out clients, batch balancing, cash reconciliation/balancing, selling merchandise, payment posting, opening and closing spa and pulling patient files. This position serves as the initial contact with Med- Spa, which requires a poised courteous manner, professional appearance, exceptional customer service skills, and discretion and good judgment in dealing with clients and the public.

Minimum Requirements:
One year clerical or receptionist, or spa-specific customer service experience
Day/Med Spa experience preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry, preferred

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Esthetician/Skin Care Experience preferred.  
Post High School office procedures/computer training preferred.
