Position Summary:
Responsible for handling the technical support services for the My Rockwood Record Portal, to include but not limited to incoming calls, on-site training, PIN generation and reporting.

Minimum Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skill, including demonstrated presentation and facilitation skills
Proficient use in Centricity and Athena Health systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize workload, work effectively and positively with others as a member of a team and exercise sound judgment.  Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly analyze presenting issues.  
Medical office experience required (minimum 1 year)
EMR experience required (minimum 1 year)

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
RHIT or RHIA preferred but not required.
Associate Degree required Bachelor of Science preferred
