Position Summary:
Manage The South Sound Region's Only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit

Advanced technology, bedside monitoring equipment, improved staffing efficiencies and a secured environment are just a few of the many features you’ll find in our nationally recognized, 16 bed, Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. Unique to our unit is a dedicated staff of board-certified pediatric critical care specialist physicians who provide in-hospital coverage 24 hours a day. Patients treated for cardiac and trauma conditions are routinely cared for in the unit.
If selected, you will lead a highly functioning and highly engaged team as they continue to excel through their TEAMSTEPPs journey.  Top priority accomplishments for your first year in this position will be to establish a CRRT team and complete a hospital direct admit process.

Minimum Requirements:
Five years of clinical experience in professional or technical role/function
3 years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree or 4 yrs. experience in lieu of degree will be considered
Master’s degree preferred
Current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
