The Information Desk / PBX Operator is responsible for operating the main campus telephone system, paging, monitoring alarms, oxygen levels and fire alarms, and alerting personnel of impending disasters, fires and codes. This is an entry-level position working under limited supervision. Work situations are basically routine and require strong communication skills, and a service oriented individual.
2 years customer service experience
1 year MHS relevant customer service experience may substitute for experience requirement (volunteer work included). Examples include, but are not limited to--interaction with patients, families, providers; high volume work environments; multitasking
Previous PBX experience preferred
