This Outreach Provider Liaison will be focused on growth of our Laboratory business by establishing and cultivating relationships with area providers for the purpose of growing business for MultiCare. This includes, but is not limited to increasing referrals to Laboratory NW to new markets and increasing market share for these services including developing and implementing direct-to-consumer marketing plans. The incumbent improves the financial performance of the organization by enhancing relations between MHS and key providers in the service area while growing utilization of our services by consumers.
The incumbent works as part of the Provider Relations and Outreach team, in conjunction with one or more Service line Administrators, Careline Administrators, and MMA Leadership, to facilitate ongoing relationship development and to promote increased utilization of MHS facilities and services.
Minimum 5 years experience
Experience identifying and developing business opportunities and create and implement marketing plans, identifying new customers and calling on and working with medical providers; closing transactions and/or sales in the medical industry
Experience working effectively with senior levels of management; physicians and physician groups
Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state
BA or BS (in marketing or business ) preferred
