Position Summary:
The PRIS Analyst is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and processing special reporting projects for Payroll and Financial Services as they pertain to Payroll information. In addition this position evaluates, analyzes, designs and maintains company Payroll Information Systems (PRIS) and attendance systems.  This is an intermediate level professional position performing a variety of complicated tasks.  This position works under general direction, and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, as well as the ability to maintain routine systems to keep PRIS functionality at peak optimization.  Work situations are varied and require analytical skills, organization, prioritization, integrated system knowledge, process flows, attention to detail, good judgment, and working within established deadlines.  Internal contacts include staff and management.  External contacts are infrequent and general in nature.

Minimum Requirements:
Two years experience in a payroll department in progressively more responsible positions
Successfully led a project implementation involving HRIS and/or Payroll systems
Healthcare experience or union shop experience highly desired

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor of Science or Arts in business administration with major or specialty in account or finance preferred

Multistate experience preferred
