Position Summary:
The Physical Therapist Assistant will cover Puyallup, Eatonville, and Graham to provide skilled physical therapy treatment procedures and modalities for clients in their place of residence under the direction of the Registered Physical Therapist (RPT) according to the Physical Therapy Practice Act, State and Federal Regulations.  Carries out treatment, implementation and documentation of client status for home health clients under the direction of the Registered Physical Therapist (RPT).            

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of one (1) year adult and geriatric experience required.
Home Health or Hospice experience preferred.     

Licensed in the state of Washington as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
CPR required
