We offer a very generous compensation package and reasonable call schedule. Based in WA, Pulse Heart is a physician led cardiovascular institute governed by nine health care providers, six of which are physicians within the institute. Pulse Heart is a partnership with MultiCare Health System, an integrated not-for-profit healthcare organization made up of eight hospitals and our group of over 80 Pulse Heart Institute providers. A tour tertiary care center, we perform advanced therapies including TAVR, VAD, and ECMO with an active interventional and surgical program.

Pulse Heart is a fundamentally different patient care structure in which physician leaders, in conjunction with their administrative dyad partner, develop the strategic plan and provide operational oversight for patient care through centers of excellence. These centers include Coronary Artery Disease, Heart Failure, Heart Rhythm, Vascular, Structural Heart Disease and Prevention. Each center has oversight of clinical outcomes, customer service performance, research and new technology decisions, and initiatives to manage the costs of the care while delivering a high-quality service.

Through this structure and our management of the cardiovascular units in the hospitals and cardiac catheterization labs, Pulse has been the top-rated PCI center in the state of Washington since 2018, with the shortest door to balloon times and lowest mortality for STEMI patients.
