The Project Manager II is responsible for successful delivery of medium sized or smaller projects having significant complexity with senior-level sponsors and stakeholders. The successful candidate ensures use of standardized project management methodologies, processes and tools. This position is developing the skills to provide oversight and development opportunities to project resources and other operational support personnel as appropriate. The Project Manager II delivers within approved budget, schedule and meets quality standards.
Five (5) years of project management experience required, experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Experience in quality improvement and cost reduction projects preferred
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree required
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification required or ability to get within one year of hire
