The Quality Information Management System Analyst provides support and collaborates with Quality Outcomes/Metrics, Risk Management and IS&T leadership to coordinate phases of a MHS-wide project centering on event reporting and event investigation electronic systems, software and tools to support patient safety, risk management, patient relations, and quality outcome programs. The Analyst is accountable for the Midas electronic Quality Improvement Management System (MeQIM) system development, system maintenance, systems support and continuous quality improvement to include project development/implementation, security management, software upgrades, data management, report design/creation, user liaison and status reporting, training design and delivery, policy development assistance and troubleshooting user issues.
Three (3) years of experience data management with increasing responsibility for database program design, production, administration, maintenance, support, and application enhancement required
Experience with Midas system to include official Midas training and/or extensive Midas experience required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information system management is required
