The Real Time Coordinator aggregates, analyzes, and reports data and information used to support internal and external customers as a real time communicator for the Centralized Call Center and the Imaging Call Center. The Real Time Coordinator is a non-patient contact position. They work independently using workforce management software (Calabrio) and systems (Cisco) to monitor real-time activity and take corrective actions based on documented procedures for not ready time and schedule adherence. The real time coordinator must have expert, in-depth knowledge and thorough understanding of the inter-relationship between staffing, call arrival patterns and volumes. They must also work towards the best call center practices and MultiCare system wide performance objectives, and understand how they will be achieved using appropriate strategic plans. The Real Time Coordinator partners closely with Access Center Leadership and the Workforce Coordinator on a daily basis.
Two years recent health information management, quality improvement activities or other related experience
Experience with automated information systems and computer software applications including data entry and retrieval
Experience in call center workforce management/forecasting preferred
Two (2) years of college or the equivalent related work experience
