Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse Clinician is responsible for providing direct patient care in assessing, planning, coordinating, evaluating and case management related to home care and infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic or an alternative living site. This is accomplished through collaboration with the patient and/or caregiver, the referring provider and related healthcare providers along with the payer. This position requires substantial specialized knowledge, judgment, and skill based upon the principles of biological, physiological, behavioral and sociological sciences, and requires critical thinking skills in making decisions as it relates to the needs of the home care patient.

Minimum Requirements:
At least one (1) year of home infusion or home health experience
At least one (1) year acute care experience preferred
Previous IV therapy experience preferred
Pediatric experience strongly preferred

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Licensed in the State of Washington as a Registered Nurse, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
PEARS certification as indicated by unit specific expectations
Current BLS level CPR certification
Reliable vehicle
Current Washington State driver’s license and background check
Current automobile insurance

At least one (1) year RN work experience required, with acute care experience preferred.
Previous I.V. Therapy or Infusion clinic experience a plus.
Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
