This position is for licensed/new graduate RN’s who would like to explore and transition into a new nursing specialty, which may include but is not limited to, the Operating Room, Med/Surg, Critical Care, and ED. The Resident RN will work through a program with experienced preceptors who are experts in their specialty. Through guidance of these staff members, the Resident RN will attain the skills needed to practice as a nurse.
New graduate RN.
Current WA state RN license. Current Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
During the course of the residency training:
You may be required to work above your FTE. You may be required to work all shifts. This will be a 12/40 work schedule. At the time of hire, your post residency hospital, unit, shift and FTE may be determined.
This residency cohort is for the West Region only.
This residency cohort will begin on November 27, 2017. You must have an active WA RN license prior to November 23, 2017. This posting will close on November 3, 2017. We reserve the right to close early if positions are filled.
There will not be an Operating Room residency with this cohort.
