Position Summary:
The Service Excellence Coach is responsible for designing, directing, and implementing a customer service strategy and program for MultiCare Health System with an assigned targeted focus.  This position is responsible for implementing the Service Excellence strategy which includes development and delivery of service training, assessing and modifying internal patient experience processes, benchmarking current service, and developing tactics to improve patient experience for the System.

Minimum Requirements:
Three years experience in customer service training and management
Experience in a health care related field preferred
Experience facilitating patient advocacy groups or similar groups
Experience in designing customer service programs to support organizational goals

Bachelor’s Degree required, in business, education, organizational development or related field
Master’s Degree preferred
Clinical degree / designation preferred (RN, LPN, MA)

•Partnering with the Studer Group to facilitate skill building sessions and on-the-ground coaching efforts and leading coaching with targeted groups while Studer is not on site.
•Clinical degree / designation.  Examples would include RN, LPN, MA, PT etc.
•3-5 years’ experience in a clinical setting,  a leadership role preferred
