Position Summary:
This Home Health Speech Pathologist provides a treatment program for those clients whose ability to comprehend, articulate or communicate has been impaired by the developmental process, disease, or injury.  He/She evaluates, establishes treatment plans, performs speech pathology treatments and documents client progress.  This is a professional-level exempt position operating independently.  Work situations are varied and require initiative, analysis, interpretation of information from a variety of sources, a service-oriented individual, and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision-making.

Minimum Requirements:
Speech Pathologist experience in Home health or hospice.  Speech Pathologist experience with geriatrics and disabled adults required. You will be provided with a laptop computer and cell phone and will need to have a well-running car. You will be expected to help cover in all territories- depending on where the need is at the time- for Pierce County, and South King County--Auburn/Kent/Covington.

Graduate of an accredited School of Speech Language Pathology required.  Must be a WA State licensed Speech/Language Pathologist.  Must have current Health Care Provider CPR card.
