This position is responsible for partnering with the organization to build the capability and capacity of leaders, physician leaders and pre-leaders and to enhance business effectiveness through Leadership Development, Change Management and transition solutions. The incumbent works with all levels of leadership and applies principles from the sciences of management, leadership, teams, learning, improvement, systems design, performance technology, change management and others to measurably improve leaders’ performance.
Seven (7) years of combined relevant experience in such areas as change/transition management, education/training, management, instructional design, human performance technology, leadership coaching, organizational learning and/or improvement
Three years (3) experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of results
Experience with administering and interpreting various leadership assessment tools for individual as well as team growth.
Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s preferred
Change and Transition Management Certification preferred
Harrison Assessment Certification preferred
