Position Summary:
The Supervisor Infusion Services RN is responsible for hiring, training and assessing the competencies of nurses in the department.  This is a  front line supervisor  position under the direction of the Manager of Infusion Services Work situations are varied and require leadership, decision-making, analysis, strong infusion knowledge base, organization, interpretation of information relating nursing infusion policies, knowledge with home infusion, performance improvement, and problem solving.   Frequent internal contacts are required with staff, management, and physicians throughout MHS.  External contacts include physicians, physician office staff, and peers.

Minimum Requirements:
5 years home infusion pharmacy experience
3 years of experience in a managerial, supervisory or lead capacity

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
Advanced Degree preferred
Current Washington State Nursing License

This position will include provision of direct nursing care and supervisory duties.
