Position Summary:
This pediatric Occupational Therapist Supervisor will work in the world class Children's Therapy Unit on the Good Samaritan Hospital campus. He / She will report directly to the Director, and be responsible for the daily operations of the Pediatric Occupational Therapy department, organizing and delivering comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy services, ensuring that a high quality of patient care is maintained, and providing direct supervision to professional and support level staff. This position also requires skill in budget management and excellent skills in building rapport.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & LICENSURE
- Occupational Therapy degree
- Current OT license from the State of Washington
- Three years experience in the pediatric OT specialty area
- Five years OT clinical experience preferred
- Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a leadership or a supervisory role
- One year supervisory experience preferred
- Infant and Child CPR Certification
