Position Summary:
his position works as a member of the Patient Placement Coordination Team and assists in overseeing Department operations.  The Placement Coordination Team facilitates and manages communication, information and processed to coordinate acceptance and placement of patients.  This position works in collaboration with outlying facilities for patient transfers, patient transfers within the Valley and Deaconess Health System, Urgent Care and Physician Clinics for same day admissions and Physicians and Specialists for consultation and/or acceptance into Deaconess and Valley Hospitals.  The Supervisor functions in a multidisciplinary, collaborative practice environment to provide safe, efficient, timely and appropriate placement of patients.

Minimum Requirements:
Three (3) years recent experience in an inpatient nursing
Two (2) years previous Supervisory experience
ER or CC experience desired

Licensed as a R.N. in the state of Washington
BLS/CPR certification required
ACLS preferred
