Position Summary:
Provide exceptional clinical education program management and training using sound education practices and innovations to ensure regulatory compliance and top decile quality patient care. Synthesize pertinent evidence in development of resources and training to promote best practices and guide clinical care. Apply principles of change and project management to implement new clinical practices, equipment, and processes. Adapt and flex to dynamic work environments and to the needs of learners and customers. Plan, deliver, check and adjust education items in collaboration with ILD team members and customer/partners to ensure learning occurs. External contacts include outside agencies, vendors and schools.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of recent clinical experience
Minimum of 3 years in education and/or staff development

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s preferred
RN licensure, Washington State
Certification in Instructional Design, Nursing Staff Development or Human Performance Technology desirable
