RN - Adult Residential
Administers and monitors psychiatric medications in a residential setting, monitors clients set up on self-medication program. The goal is stability in a setting providing minimum supervision with maximum opportunity. Act as part of multi-disciplinary team. Conduct routine assessment of physical complaints, monitor ongoing medication problems, and arrange client referral for routine examinations, medical emergencies, optometrist appointments, dental appointments, and appropriate referrals when nurse deems necessary. Provides monthly nursing assessments.
Prefer one year experience working in a mental health setting.
Possess reliable transportation
State of Washington RN license.
Current Washington State drivers license and automobile insurance.
BSN minimum required OR or an active RN License with a signed agreement to complete the BSN within 3 years
