Service Excellence Coach Sr
The Service Excellence Coach Sr. uses consultative, training, and coaching skills - along with knowledge of established and innovative service philosophies and practices - to drive the design and implementation of customer development strategy(s) and programs. With responsibility for designing, directing, and implementing a customer service strategy and program for MultiCare Health System within an assigned targeted focus, this position may include LEAN strategy deployment, development and delivery of service training, assessing and modifying internal customer service processes, benchmarking services, researching and innovating service practices, facilitating external expert consultants and developing tactics to improve service excellence. With a track record of improving the patient experience in a health care setting, this person utilizes that expertise to deliver coaching in a clinical setting.
10 years experience in a health care setting
Experience facilitating patient advocacy groups or similar groups
Experience in designing customer service programs to support organizational goals preferred
Bachelor’s Degree required, in business, education, organizational development or related field
Master’s Degree preferred
