Position Summary:
The Quality Assurance Coordinator provides internal quality assurance (QA) support and subject matter expertise for the Research Institutes various activities. The QA Coordinator proactively assists with the development, maintenance, and improvement of the Research Institutes internal quality management system; conducts audits of internal quality systems and project documents to ensure compliance with research protocols, good clinical practices (GCPs), Research Institute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements and provides ongoing training for employees.
Minimum Requirements:
Four (4) years of experience in quality assurance, clinical monitoring, or equivalent preferably within a clinical research organization, pharmaceutical company, and/or Biotech Company conducting system audits, computer validations, and internal or external (sponsor or vendor) audits required.
Experience in various areas of Clinical Quality Assurance such as conducting system audits and internal or external (sponsor or vendor) audits.
Employee must provide automobile for use in their work and the employee must be able to comply with MHS Policy on Vehicle Use, Employee Owned. Policy available on request
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent quality assurance experience in related field
QA experience required.
