About the Position
Conducts nursing assessments; assessing physical health needs; making appropriate referrals to community physicians; providing management and administration of medication in conjunction with the psychiatrist; providing a range of treatment, rehabilitation, and support services; and sharing shift-management responsibility with other staff. Provides case management for an assigned group of clients.

• Follows organization infection control policies and procedures. At risk for exposure to blood borne pathogens.

Position Requirements
Skills, Education, & Experience:
• RN license in good standing with the Washington Department of Health (required).
BSN minimum required OR or an active RN License with a signed agreement to complete the BSN within 3 years. Masters Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience working with seriously and persistently mentally ill or acutely mentally ill individuals in an inpatient psychiatric, outpatient psychiatric or home health setting.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) or ability to obtain before your first day of employment.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Physical Requirements & Disclosure of Risks: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Patient care delivery may involve lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and stooping requiring upper and lower body strength. Lifting up to 25 lbs. may be required without assistance.
