Position Summary:
The Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for the request intake process-- leading the request triage meeting, and providing communication and status reporting back to the requesters. Working independently under limited supervision, the Sr. Business Analyst will work with the requesters, clinical and operational leadership to identify and define new projects as part of the organization’s project intake process. The primary responsibilities of this role include gathering and coordinating project impact assessments from various groups; working with stakeholders to understand their business requirements and define project scope; and facilitating the movement of strategic projects through the initiation phase. This individual will need to be collaborative and have the ability to work in a team. The Sr. Business Analyst must have excellent customer service, verbal and written communication, and soft skills.

Minimum Requirements:
8 years of business analyst or project management experience
5 years of healthcare experience
Vendor management experience

Education/Licenses/Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required, Masters preferred
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is preferred.
